StartChat.cc is a WhatsApp lead routing platform designed for businesses. We provide tools for lead management, team assignment, contact tracking, and WhatsApp integration.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Company administrators are responsible for managing staff accounts and data within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities. You must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service when using our WhatsApp integration features.

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
