1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with StartChat.cc within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@startchat.cc with your account details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial 14-day period
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

6. Service Downtime

In the event of extended service downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, affected customers may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
