We use your information to provide and maintain the StartChat.cc service, including lead routing, WhatsApp messaging, and reporting features. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring data isolation between companies. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS.

4. WhatsApp Integration

When you use WhatsApp messaging features, we generate WhatsApp URLs that open in the WhatsApp application. We do not store or have access to your WhatsApp messages.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Company administrators can manage user data within their organization through the dashboard.
