StartChat.cc is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely online. There are no physical products to ship. Access to the service is provided immediately upon successful payment and account activation.

2. Account Access

Once your payment is processed, you will receive immediate access to your StartChat.cc dashboard and all subscribed features. Login credentials and getting started instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

3. Service Availability

Our service is available globally, 24/7, accessible from any device with an internet connection and a modern web browser. There are no geographic restrictions on service delivery.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

In the rare event that physical promotional materials or branded items are offered:

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be clearly communicated at the time of order
  • Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days
  • International shipping may take 7-21 business days depending on destination
  • Tracking information will be provided when available

5. Company Products Sold Through Platform

If you are using StartChat.cc to sell physical products to your customers:

  • You are responsible for setting your own shipping policies
  • You must fulfill orders and handle shipping arrangements directly with your customers
  • StartChat.cc is not responsible for product delivery, shipping delays, or shipping-related disputes
  • You must clearly communicate your shipping terms to your customers

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For any physical items shipped by us, if your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Reshipping fees may apply.
